Kagoshima A5 Wagyu stands as the pinnacle of Japanese beef, produced in Japan’s Kyushu region. Renowned for its dense, snowflake-like marbling (BMS 10–12) and buttery, melt-in-the-mouth texture, it comes from Japan’s largest Wagyu-producing prefecture — one that has claimed top honors at the National Wagyu Competition, often dubbed the “Wagyu Olympics.

It has characterised by a gentle taste with typical Wakayama rice flavour. It is prepared using a "namachozo" process, meaning that it is heated once rather than twice, resulting in a namazake with a fresh and mellow aroma. With a richer fragrance than a regular Junmai-shu and a slight tartness.

Indulge in the luxurious blend of Umenoyado Sake and handpicked Japanese Yuzu with our exquisite Yuzu shu. Every aspect of the Yuzu, including its aromatic skin, is thoughtfully combined to create a harmonious fusion of fragrance, tanginess, and bitterness. Through a meticulous low-temperature blending process that preserves the essence of the juice, we have crafted a refreshing liqueur with a delightful flavour that boasts a subtle hint of sweetness and a distinct yuzu sourness.

Nankobai (white ume from Wakayama) umeshu with green tea added. A perfectly-balanced combination of the refreshing bitterness of green tea and the sweetness and tartness typical of umeshu.
$25.00
Uses “nankobai,” the most premium variety of ume harvested in Wakayama. They are pickled only with sugar and brewer's alcohol before being thoroughly matured. Its rich but not-too-heavy taste comes from a good balance between the fresh aroma of matured umeshu, and its tartness and sweetness. This is old-fashioned authentic umeshu.
$25.00
Wakayama is synonymous with ume and mikan (mandarin oranges). This umeshu is an amazing collaborative work of these two great fruits. Its enjoyable fresh fragrance and taste comes from the added juice, which is 100% from Arida mikan from Sowa Orchard in Arida City, Wakayama Prefecture.
